Grounding & Bonding Course
The objective of this course is to allow trainees to learn and apply the necessary skills needed to establish a safe equal potential work safety zone when working on overhead structures. A combination of classroom lecture and optional field performance outcomes are used to develop and measure trainee knowledge and skill for overhead grounding operations. The course also aligns all employees on the key points directly related to company policies and work procedures.

Insulate & Isolate Training Course
The Insulate and Isolate (I&I) Technique for the Live Line Tool Method on Distribution Lines requires an effective use of I&I equipment and procedures to provide the necessary level of safety when performing live line work on energized lines and equipment.
Advanced Rigging Certification Course
This course is designed to teach the student about the tensions associated with common rigging used on the job site. The proper application of knots and the effects that knots have on ropes are discussed in detail. In addition, students will learn about the mechanical advantage gained with parted blocks, tensions with snatch blocks, and safety when working around mechanical equipment. A full review is provided discussing OSHA standards and inspection requirements related to safe lifting and rigging operations. Class includes a learning session on weights, forces, and tensions found on a utility system and teaches the learner how to make those calculations in the field using several methods.

OSHA 10 ET&D Certifcation Course
The Electrical Transmission and Distribution certification course is a non-traditional, industry specific training course tailored toward employees involved with the construction and maintenance of power transmission and distribution systems. Each module is tailored specially toward the power transmission and distribution industry. Although this course is based on the current OSHA 1910 and 1926 standards, the course material also discusses consensus standards, industry accepted best practices, the OSHA Focus 4 topics in addition to equal-potential grounding and bonding, flame resistant clothing, electrical arc protection, and pre-job briefings. Students completing this course receive a traditional OSHA 10-Hour for Construction card marked with an ET&D Partnership designation.
