Classes

The Missouri Valley Line Constructors Apprenticeship and Training Program is a three year "earn while you learn" school consisting of a minimum of 6,000 hours of on-the-job training and related academic classes. Of these hours, there are specific amounts of required types of training. An apprentice may be in the program beyond the 6,000 hours while working on a specific type of training.

Classes are held a minimum of 10 times per year. All classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and may last for up to 10 hours. Each apprentice is assigned to a specific class that he/she attends on the scheduled date.
